Coverage times are changed to allow users to type in entries (rather than using spinner widgets).  Permits times to be entered as floats/decimals, rather than whole numbers.  Allows entering "Day Only", "Night Only" and "Continuous" (or is it "if you want continuous coverage, put in a 24 hour block (ex 0-24); if you want a repeated block, put in the appropriate times (ex. Dusk to Dawn)".  "Continuous" is a special case of Block.)
