The buffers are flushed to instruments when they get full (500 records) or every 100 hours of sim time, so waiting until that point should work. If you would like to view the instruments prior to that, execute this command in the System Transcript window (Open image): JwServices dataCollectionManager flushBuffer. In Packaged image, pausing the sim will flush the buffers.
