The living room ceiling has water damage. We need to find the leak and then repair or replaces the ceiling and paint it.

The wall at the top of the stairs, and perhaps others, needs repainting to cover up Dexter's blood.
The plaster around the bonus room window needs to be repaired and repainted.
The bathroom ceiling has waster damage over the hot tub. It needs to be repaired and repainted.
The front porch ceiling needs to be painted.
THe basement playroom ceiling needs drywall work and paint.
The basement bathroom does not work at all and needs to be repaired.
The holes that Melody dug in the back yard need to be refilled and re-seeded.
The walls in the downstairs hall need to be repainted.
The mildewed grout in the kids bathtub needs to be cleaned or replaced if it cannot be cleaned.
The lawn at the curb by the driveway needs new sod
At least two of the outside security lights do not work.
The rusty rails on the back porch need repainting
The blue front door and surrounding trim needs to be sanded and repainted.
The bricks in the back patio need to be pulled up and replaced after the weeds have been cleared.
The grout in the transition between the front tiled hall and the hallway wood needs to be replaced.
