====Spreadsheet====

  - To calculate amount to sell, use Exchange Amount. If current week price is <= 95% of last week's price, use 2 * EA if account balance is >= $1500 + 2 * EA. Otherwise use EA after balance check.
  - EA is .15 * (amount invested / number of funds with dollars invested).
  - 2021/12/3 - new percentage calc in FSRFX checks that dollars invested is > zero.

====Add New Funds====

  - Copy an existing sheet, preferably one with few positions.
  - Update Yahoo with new symbols
  - update python/funds.csv.The order is not important; excel8.py figures it out
  - Rename the sheets and cell A1
  - Clear any buying history
 
====Percentages====
