  * Look at System Transcript after loading maps to package, Should be no Errors such as Error: 74
  * Look at Application Manager after selecting View -> Maps needing Packaging. It should be empty.
  * Look at Problems.es. 
    * //loadShadows not found in image// means it was not in any of the apps selected for packaging.
  * Look at other .es files using grep.
  * Make sure that all the apps in actualIncludedSubAplications have a doNotReduce entry in packagingRulesFor:
