  * The living room ceiling has water damage. We need to find the leak and then repair or replaces the ceiling and paint it.

  * Downstairs bathroom needs wall fixed
  * The wall at the top of the stairs, and perhaps others, needs repainting to cover up Dexter's blood.
  * The plaster around the bonus room window needs to be repaired and repainted.
  * The bathroom ceiling has waster damage over the hot tub. It needs to be repaired and repainted.
  * The front porch ceiling needs to be painted.
  * THe basement playroom ceiling needs drywall work and paint.
  * The basement bathroom does not work at all and needs to be repaired.
  * The holes that Melody dug in the back yard need to be refilled and re-seeded.
  * The walls in the downstairs hall need to be repainted.
  * The mildewed grout in the kids bathtub needs to be cleaned or replaced if it cannot be cleaned.
  * The lawn at the curb by the driveway needs new sod
  * At least two of the outside security lights do not work.
  * The rusty rails on the back porch need repainting
  * The blue front door and surrounding trim needs to be sanded and repainted.
  * The bricks in the back patio need to be pulled up and replaced after the weeds have been cleared.
  * The grout in the transition between the front tiled hall and the hallway wood needs to be replaced.
