use system/jwars to avoid as sysdba
mysql is root/jwars
oracle is started when OracleServiceJas10 and OracleOra10g_home1TNSListener are running in services
jar creation requires mysql root/jwars
jar password is always password

there is a setting for the location os simerror.log in jasS.ini that is ignored. DONE
create a similar setting for jacsProxyException.log DONE
Using JwOracleDatabaseConnection cause classes such as JwAbtRow and JwCursor to be used, perhaps just to handle long raws. This needs investigation.
