A few drops of niacinamide (OTC) on wet hands, apply to face and neck. A few drops of squalane (OTC) on wet hands, apply to face and neck. Shave with a few drops of castor oil or Shave Secret. No foam. "The Ordinary" for the niacinamide and for the squalane, and "Now Solutions" for the jojoba oil and the castor oil (for shaving).

- back of head had itchy bumps
- neck and crotch were inflamed.
- Can already feel the result at 5pm.

- now taking 10mg/day with white cream twice a day

- still very itchy, especially scalp

- went to see Geary for the last time
- no pill for 30 days.
- very itchy though greasy cream helped.
- started pills again
7-16-2021
- folliculitis still there but no infections
- not a food allergy
- skin tags not aggravated by steroids
- no to wart remover
- vaseline steroid the strongest
- no tolerance buildup with steriods
- have eczma on head and ears
- baby shampoo and white dove soap
- used liquid nitrogen on back mole and arm tags
- gave me 10 mg prednisone. 4 for 3 days. 3 for 3 days. 2 for 2 days. 1 for 2 days.
- cortisone 2.5 for ears
- 2 tabs of fluconazole for follculitis on chest.
- use steroid on neck and shoulders as necessary.
7-2-2021
- rash on chest now has infected pimples
- geary says I have folliculitis.
- gave me doxycycline.
6-25-2021
- Went to Geary.
- He said I have eczma.
- gave me very greasy steroid cream
5-1-2021
- Got a rash on my neck about 1 May when the weather warmed up. Suspected heat rash.
- Used OTC cortisone cream which didn't help much.
- Suspected lice or bedbugs.
- Washed all bedding and clothes in hot water and scent free detergent.
- Went to see Dr Mike Wilson ~15 May.
- He gave me a shot of cortisone and 5 days of prednisone.
- Rash came back about two weeks later.
- Stopped using the towels at the pool.
- I tried to let it burn itself out but it spread to my chest and back.
- Went back to Dr. Wilson June 15th and he repeated the treatment.
- Stopped going to the pool June 14th. Didn't help.
- Pool people said no change in pool chemicals.
- Rash came back earlier this week.
