Fix Boot

Doug's machine would not boot.
Got https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows10
created a bootable usb.
booted it and navigated to command line.
then executed
- bootrec /fixmbr,
- bootrec /fixboot (refused permission),
- bootrec /scanos,
- and bootrec /rebuildbcd to repair the MBR and all was ok.
