Fix Boot

Doug's machine would not boot.
Got https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-installation-media-for-windows-99a58364-8c02-206f-aa6f-40c3b507420d
created a bootable usb.
booted it and navigated to command line.
then executed bootrec /fixmbr, bootrec /fixboot, bootrec /scanos, and bootrec /rebuildbcd to repair the MBR and all was ok.
