Fix Boot

- Doug's machine would not boot.
- created a bootable usb.
- booted it and navigated to command line.
- then executed
- bootrec /fixmbr,
- bootrec /fixboot,
- bootrec /scanos,
- and bootrec /rebuildbcd to repair the MBR and all was ok.
